Where can I buy Arch Card gift cards?    

Whether you want to buy one or have a bulk order in mind, it’s easy to purchase Arch Cards. Just ask a crew member at a participating McDonald’s restaurant, or place an order online for personal orders or for business and bulk ordering.

Can I get cash back or a refund if I have a gift card balance?  

Cash back cannot be given in certain states for us to adhere to money laundering policies. Other states require cash back be given. If you are in a state where cash back can be given, please fill out the Arch Card Replacement and Cash Out Request Form. Please allow 4-6 weeks processing time for refund checks to be issued.
