Gino Potesta is currently the Franchise Relations Vice President for the US business.

Gino began his career in 1980 as a crew person in South Florida, and ascended through the ranks to Regional Vice President. Previously, he has held leadership positions in Asia, Home Office, Chicago, Ohio, Hawaii, New York, Boston, Northern and Southern California.

In 2000, Gino was awarded the prestigious McDonald’s President's Award. This award recognizes the top 1% of McDonald’s employees who achieve considerable business results.

Gino holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a fellowship from the Leadership of Greater Chicago.

Gino and his wife Katie have three children and three grandchildren.
